mist cooling nozzles

The mist cooling nozzles are brass color, also used for high pressure atomizing cooling system of 1/8" NPT fittings (thread can also be GAS type according to customer requirements). There is anti-drip system inside and cleanable PP filter outside. It is the same as the other 1/8" NPT type, if the pp filter is dirty, the customer only needs to replace it with a new one.

The orifice and nozzle body are designed to produce a very fine mist when the fluid is forced through. The new generation of mist cooling nozzles has a longer design life and provides a more consistent spray effect than smaller imported components. All mist cooling nozzles are equipped with an integral filter to minimize clogging and maximize nozzle life.
