Can nozzle orifice size and thread be customized?
Yes. Orifice sizes from 0.03 mm up to 0.8 mm are available, and threads such as 1/8 NPT, 10/24 UNC, M5 and 12/24 can be customized. We provide OEM and ODM services including custom orifice, appearance and thread size.
What is the minimum orifice diameter you can machine?
With more than 50 CNC machines in our workshop, we machine micro-orifices down to 0.03 mm for spinnerets and 0.10 mm for standard misting nozzles.
