Low pressure atomizing nozzle is made of brass material, it is the most popular low pressure type nozzles and widely used in outdoor cooling system, misting fan, humidification system, etc.  The spray angel of low pressure nozzle is from 45°to 90°, and the droplet range is from 1.4μto 50 μ.

The fine low pressure atomizing nozzle produces very fine droplets that produce a mist effect, and the orifice inlay, core and filter are easily removed for inspection or cleaning. No need to use compressed air, hydraulic pressure can be used to form a very fine hollow cone atomized spray;
