Product Description
1. Fine Misting Nozzles is a complete stainless steel made fog nozzle, The ss material make it higher than brass type, and getting durable in the system. Customers using this type in such as coal mine spray cannon system, outdoor humidification system. Same as other high pressure misting nozzles, it is also with cleanable anti drip spring ball and stainless steel pin inside.
2. The liquid flows at high velocity under the water pressure of 6kg to 15kg, forming centrifugal swirl and spraying very fine hollow droplet. Widely used in workshop moistening salt spray test, man-made fog and other moistening locations. The nozzle saves 10 times or above cost than that of moistening by air.
3. Different spray patterns and hundreds of capacities. Variable air atomizing nozzles provide independent control of liquid, atomizing air and fan air pressure for fine tuning of flow rate, drop size, spray distribution and coverage. The spray angel also is different with different orifice size.
