1. Do a good job of cleaning
Use a flat shovel to remove and clean the upper and lower 10 cm range of the cutting edge, so that the upper and lower outer diameters of the atomizing nozzle are roughly the same. After finishing, wipe the interface and the surrounding outer wall with a dry cloth without water.
2. Do a good job in fixing
Fix the core that can be used with thick iron wire. Pull the iron wire down through the atomizing nozzle and surround it. The two ends of the iron wire are fixed at a position about 50 cm away from the outlet of the branch pipe. The atomizing nozzle is too close, and the iron wire is not strong, which spoils the iron wire. If the atomizing nozzle is on the side of the branch pipe with an interval of no more than 50 cm, it can be supported by a wooden board in the center of the iron wire and the atomizing nozzle water pipe, so that the included angle between the iron wire at both ends of the atomizing nozzle and the nozzle is roughly the same, avoiding the atomizing nozzle from going sideways.
Fixation of new ST-6 atomizing nozzle: fine wire (cloth) can be used to fix the new atomizing nozzle, directly bypass the branch pipe at the upper end of the atomizing nozzle, pull it over the new atomizing nozzle, tie it up, and then tie the fine wire (cloth) with iron wire on the water pipe, one above and one below, which can touch the atomizing nozzle and the water pipe well and fix it.
3. Do the interface work well
Mix the glue with an admixture, mix it, brush the fixed atomizing nozzle interface up and down, and then start to wrap the cloth, and apply the glue again every few circles to make uniform correction. The cloth is wrapped with different turns according to the needs. Finally, the narrow cloth is used, which can wrap the inlet part tightly and fix it well.
4. Do a good job of pruning
Use scissors to cut off the falling wool head, and the atomizing nozzle is fixed. About three days later, the glue will set well. According to the climate, the temperature is different, and the condensation time is also different. The colder, the slower the condensation.
