B. Matching of fan nozzle
The fan-shaped nozzle is a flat and uniform flat jet directly from the shape of the nozzle, and the density of the jet is better. Diffusion angles can also vary over a wide range currently. The fan nozzles we use are: 15 degrees, 25 degrees, 45 degrees, etc. Mainly used for scouring, spraying, cooling and surface cleaning. The selection is based on the specific technical parameters of the equipment, and according to the company's equipment configuration list as a standard.
C. Optional cleaning nozzle
The main technical parameters of pipe cleaning nozzles are: outer diameter, number of nozzle holes, and nozzle spray angle. The outer diameter of the cleaning nozzle depends on the inner diameter of the pipe being cleaned. Generally, the outer diameter of the cleaning nozzle is smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe, but not less than 20 mm. For larger diameter pipes, cleaning nozzles cannot be selected. At this time, mines must be selected for operation! The number of nozzle holes and the angle of the nozzle can be determined according to the working conditions.
